Name: Maullie
Rank: Senior Weyrling
Gender: Female
Age: 20 Turns
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Physical description: Maullie is a very slight woman, with not much of a figure. This gives her a very childlike appearance, which makes people want to protect her…until you look into her eyes. There is something in her brown eyes that makes you think that she can handle herself. She has hair that is a couple shades lighter than her hazelnut-hued eyes, and is what some would call dirty blond. She wears her hair shoulder length, where it flips up at the ends.
Maullie has a small, heart-shaped visage, and thin lips that can make her look severe. She has a small, button nose that turns up slightly at the end. She is not what you would call beautiful, and not ugly either. Maullie could probably be safely called plain.
Her expression is usually no-nonsense, and so she doesn’t smile much.
Personality description: The first word that pops into mind when describing Maullie is responsible. She wears that mantle well, and sometimes this can come across as slightly bossy. Maullie can be a bit of a know-it-all, and is a teacher’s pet.
The Silverrider is very clever, and almost always has all of the answers. She is strong and brave, and has a good heart. She takes everything maybe a touch too seriously, and could stand to lighten up a touch.
History: Maullie was born to a small Southern fishing hold, one of four daughters. As she eldest, she was often in charge of watching after her little sisters, and the girls came to view her as more of a third parent than a big sister.
Maullie worked hard at everything she did, and was well-loved by any who knew her. It was no surprise when she was Searched for Southern Weyr. It was a tearful departure as she hugged her parents and sisters goodbye, but they were all so proud of her.
Maullie Impressed fairly quickly to her Silver Laurith and it was like a match made in heaven. The stalwart young dragonet and Maullie always did well in Weyrling lessons together.
When they became Senior Weyrlings, it was time for all of them to find weyrs to make room for the new Junior Weyrlings, but it was discovered that there were not enough remaining. So, it was then that the Rainstorm class was moved to Xian Weyr, to help populate the new jungle Weyr. Maullie and Laurith are excited for the change.
Weyrmate: None yet.
Pets: None.
Dragon's Name: Laurith
Dragon's Color: Silver
Dragon's Physical Description: Laurith is a light silver, almost gray in color, though the shiny bright silver striates her body in a very beautiful, unique way. She is long of body, but not very muscular yet. She looks like a teenaged version of a dragon, long limbs, wings and tail that she has not quite grown into.
Dragon's Personality Description: Laurith is every bit as staunchly responsible as her rider. The Silver is very dependable, and hates to let others down. She tries her hardest at everything that she does, and is very smart for a dragon. The Silver is youthfully and charmingly optimistic, a trait that some will find endearing.
