We are being summoned. Novith informed D'von as his rider finished tugging his boots onto his feet. The bronze idly watched as the young man ran a hand through his messy hair before standing up and heading over to him. "Lessons? I'd say it's probably about time we start them again." D'von replied, guessing it wouldn't have taken them long to be thrown back into them after they settled and what not. That is most likely. She also said something about enlightenment awaiting? D'von frowned slightly at that.
Enlightenment?
"Huh, should probably expect something that's not a lot of fun then. Enlightenment awaits does not sound like something good." He made a face as he debated on warning the others. In the end he decided to let them figure it out on their own. Novith stretched his wings out before lowering down to allow D'von to climb up. "Let's see how our first lesson in Xian turns out, eh?"
We will do fine, so long as you remember to pay attention. Novith teased as he left the ledge of their weyr and headed to where the other weyrlings had gone. "Hey, they made me the Wingleader of the weyrlings for a reason!" Because you have me to keep you in line, of course. Before D'von could get another shot in, the bronze was landing and he had to actually focus on the lesson and his classmates. Point for Novith then.
Once he was on the ground, D'von quickly made his way over to the other riders and gave them all a grin as he saluted the Weyrlingmaster. When his eyes drifted over Parria, he raised a brow. She...didn't look right. Usually she looked more...angry. Deciding he had to ask, he leaned over to the girl's brother P'ren. "Uh, is Parria okay? She's looking...different today."
